When you prepare a reservation, you enter passenger names, dates of birth, identification numbers and contact details. This website does not store those details; they are placed into a WhatsApp message that you choose to send to our customer service team.
Enquiry forms for charter, cargo and general contact collect your name, email, phone number and message.
We use the details you share to confirm seat availability, arrange payment, issue tickets and respond to your enquiries. We do not sell personal information.
You do not need to create an account or sign in to use this website. We do not keep passenger profiles or booking histories online.
Conversations with our team take place on WhatsApp, which is operated by a third party under its own privacy terms. Only share information in chat that is needed to complete your booking.
This website uses only the technical cookies needed for it to work. If analytics or marketing tools are added in the future, this policy will be updated first.
