Before you fly

Arrive early

Plan to be at the terminal well ahead of departure. Our team confirms the exact check-in cut-off for your flight on WhatsApp when your booking is issued.

Identification

Adults travel with a national ID or passport matching the name on the ticket. Children travel with a birth certificate or passport.

Baggage

Turboprop cabins have limited hold space, so allowances are confirmed with your fare. Tell us about extra or oversized bags before travel day.

Children and infants

Infants under two travel on an adult's lap without a seat. Each infant must be accompanied by an adult.

At the airport

All scheduled flights depart from Nairobi Wilson Airport. Allow time for security and boarding on the apron.
